The insanity of France’s anti-file-sharing plan: L’État, c’est IFPI

The controversial agreement between the French government, the entertainment industry, and national ISPs is something of an anomaly on the P2P landscape. Largely unenforceable and overbearing, the plan gets at least one thing almost right, despite being mostly wrong-headed.
